Veterinary Northwest specializes in mobile veterinary services with an emphasis on equine care for horses in the Pacific Northwest. Our services include routine physical exams, preventative care, emergency care, reproductive services, and more.

During each visit, Dr. Kuhn conducts a thorough physical examination to check for signs of illness or injury. We offer vaccinations, dental care, parasite control, and other preventive measures to ensure the overall health of your horse. Additionally, we provide specialized care for chronic conditions like lameness, weight loss, and respiratory problems.

In case of emergencies, we are prepared to promptly attend to sick or injured horses, offering treatment for wounds, colic, laminitis, and other urgent situations. Our reproductive services encompass artificial insemination, pregnancy diagnosis, and pre-purchase exams.

We also offer Coggins/EIA testing and provide health certificates and paperwork for interstate and international travel. Moreover, our equine consultation services cover nutrition, exercise, and general care for horses.

Operating from a mobile unit enables us to conveniently bring medical care directly to your horse. While primarily offering on-site services, we occasionally provide haul-in services upon scheduling

Dr. Thomas Kuhn graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and lives in Selah, WA. Veterinary Northwest was established in 2019.
